Session Arangement

Presenter Guideline

The sessions will be held in person and hybrid. Applicants can choose to present in a traditional style, stream only, or hybrid (presenting in-person while streaming). The conference committee will fully facilitate all technical arrangements for the onsite sessions. They will only be asked to send their presentation material to the conference organizers through this form. Presenters who deliver virtually (stream/online) are responsible for technical arrangements on their own, and the conference organizer will only facilitate the streaming platform through Zoom Cloud Meeting.

  • Each session has 80 minutes time in total including the presentation and discussion and will be facilitated by a session moderator/organizer.
